About to ICOECT 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Ocean Engineering and Communication Technology is an international event that brings together experts, scholars, engineers, and industry elites in the field of ocean engineering and communication technology from around the world. The purpose of this conference is to explore the latest developments in ocean engineering, innovative applications of communication technology, and the deep integration and collaborative development of the two in promoting the development and protection of marine resources. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as marine engineering structural design, marine resource development and utilization, marine environment monitoring and protection, underwater communication technology, remote control and autonomous navigation systems. Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to keynote speeches from top experts and scholars from around the world, participate in thematic forums, share the latest research results and practical experience, and jointly explore the future development directions of ocean engineering and communication technology. With the increasing importance of global marine resources and the rapid development of communication technology, the combination of marine engineering and communication technology is becoming a key force in promoting the development of marine economy and marine environmental protection. All full paper submissions to the ICOECT 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICOECT 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icoect@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
